Chef
Bryan's ToGo is just another way for you to get dinner on the table when you are in a bind or just
don't want to cook.
Too tired to cook dinner?
Picture this. You come home after a long day
at work, dog-tired. You want dinner, but you dread the thought of going out or
fixing it yourself. Sound familiar?
Chef
Bryan's Kitchen, can
provide time-short customers with an alternative to that dilemma, and some Really Good Food. Ever
wonder why the meals you carry out or have delivered are not the same as when you eat them in the restaurant. Prepared
meals need to be prepared a bit different than if you were to eat them right away. When the food has finished cooking
and is hot, in a restaurant it goes on a plate and hopefully you are eating it within a couple of minutes. When you
carry out your meals or have them delivered they are preapred in the same manner however the difference in time between them
coming off of the heat source and being put on a plate to eat greatly increases. During this time the food continues
to cook, so by the time you are home you have one of two options. Eat a slightly warm meal that is probably a bit over
cooked or heat your meal a little bit more and eat a hot over cooked meal.
I began my business
6 years ago as a personal chef. I am very experienced and skilled in prepared meals. In October of 2003
the Washingtonian magazine did an article on personal chefs and I was rated in the top 10 of about 300 personal chefs in the
area. In fact today I still have my 5 original clients that I started my business with.
Really Good
Food takes time to prepare. There is the chopping, slicing, grating, (the prep)
involved of the ingredients of any given dish. After everything is combined it
takes time to marinate, steep, or simmer flavors together. Then finally it takes
time to cook the meal whether it is baked, fried, broiled, grilled or sautéed.
Chef
Bryan takes
the time out of your cooking. Imagine coming home from a long day of work or
play. Instead of having to cook a meal from scratch or heat a frozen TV dinner, just stop by Chef Bryan's Kitchen conveniently
located in the Kentlands in Gaithersburg and pick up some really good ToGo food. Follow
the instructions to heat, and in 30 minutes or less you're sitting down to a professionally prepared dinner in the comforts
of your own home.
Every
meal comes vacum sealed and includes easy to read and follow heating instructions.
Chef
