Appetizers

Crab Cakes with Creole Remoulade Sauce    $6.00

Fresh made crab cakes made from jumbo lump crab meat with parsley and a lemon herb mayonnaise with just enough bread crumbs to hold them together.

 

Bacon Wrapped Scallops    $6.00

Large sea scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon and broiled until crisp.

Shrimp Mojo  $4.00

Large shrimp marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and basil, and grilled over an open flame.  No need for a sauce with these shrimp.

Shrimp and Andouille Sausage Cakes  $5.00

Shrimp cooked with onions and peppers, combined with minced andouille sausage, coated in Cajun seasoned bread crumbs, served with an herb citrus mayonnaise.

Mini Wine Mushroom Tartlets  $4.00

Fresh savory pastry shells filled with mushrooms sautéed with onions, garlic and red wine, finished with a bit of heavy cream and shavings of parmesan cheese.

Mini Caramelized Onion Tartlets  $4.00

Sweet Vidalia onions caramelized in white wine and chicken stock to bring out there natural sugars, served in a fresh flakey savory pastry shell and topped with blue cheese crumbles.

Mini Crab Imperial Tartlets  $5.00

Fresh flakey savory pastry shells filled with a crab imperial of onions, lump crab meat, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning, finished with a lemon herb cream cheese sauce.

Tenderloin Tips  $5.00

Choice beef tenderloin cut into bite size cubes, marinated in red wine, garlic, shallots and herbs, grilled to medium rare and served in a red wine mushroom demi glace.

Smoked Scallops with Horseraddish Cream and Red Onion Relish  $6.00    

Large sea scallops smoked over hickory chips, place on a pumpernickel toast round with horseradish cream and topped with a sweet red onion relish.

 

Mini French Pastry Puffs

Fresh home made pastry puffs filled with your choice of home made tuna, chicken, tarragon egg, seafood or crab salad.

Chicken, Salmon or Beef Satay  $3.50

Marinated strips of beef, salmon, chicken or pork marinated, skewered and grilled over an open flame.  Served with your choice of either spicy peanut, or Thai chili dipping sauce.

Sweet Potato Latkes with Creme Fraiche and Caviar  $4.00

Potato latkes made from shredded sweet potatoes, pan seared and topped with an herb crème fraiche and caviar.

Coconut Shrimp  $4.00

Large jumbo shrimp lightly breaded with a sweetened coconut breading, fried to a golden brown and served with a zesty salsa with pineapple, lime juice and cilantro.

House Salad  

$3.50 pp

A blend of fresh mixed and baby greens with toasted pecans, goat cheese and fresh raspberries (if available) and served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

  Garden Salad 

$2.50 pp

A blend of fresh mixed and baby grens with shaved carrots, sliced cucumbers, sliced onions and tomatoes served with your choice of dressing.

    Caesar Salad  

$2.50 pp

Fresh romaine lettuce served with parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes and fresh baked parmesan herb croutons, with a creamy lemon Caesar dressing. 


Spinach and Strawberry Salad    

$3.50 pp

Fresh baby spinach and fresh strawberries tossed together with toasted pine nuts and served with a lemon honey poppy seed dressing.

    Caprese Salad 

$3.50 pp

A great light salad of fresh buffalo mozzarella, garden fresh tomatoes and basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.


     Greek Salad      

$3.50 pp

A blend of fresh mixed and baby greens tossed together with cucumbers, feta cheese, kalamata olives, fresh parsley and green onions, served with a lemon oregano vinaigrette


Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad  

$3.50 pp

Tri-colored rotini pasta tossed with grilled zucchini, squash, roasted sweet peppers and onions, with parmesan cheese and all lightly coated with a sweet Vidalia onion vinaigrette. 


Salad Nicoise 

$4.50 pp

Fresh cut romane lettuce topped with fresh basil, cucumbers, green beans, har-boiled eggs, artichoke hearts and sweet bell peppers. 


Garden Potato Salad   

$4.00 pp

A salad composed salad of roasted red skin potatoes piled high and surrounded by char grilled lemon garlic asparagus and slow roasted parmesan roma tomatoes, drizzed with sweet vidalian onion vinaigrette.

All sandwiches and wraps are served with potato chips and pickles. You may substitute any side dish we offer for an additional $1.00

Your choice of ham, turkey or tuna on your choice of white, wheat or rye bread. Kaiser roll or rosemary foccacia (add .25). 


Made with mayonnaise, crisp lettuce and ripe tomatoes.

Garlic and herb marinated chicken grilled sliced wrapped in a tortilla with crisp romaine lettuce and julienned tomatoes with a creamy Caesar cheese spread


 

Grilled Vegetable – $8.00

Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, roasted red peppers and grilled tomatoes, with mixed greens and Vidalia onion vinaigrette.

Chicken in a Lemon Crab Cream Sauce

Tender fresh breast of chicken pan seared and cooked in white wine and chicken stock, finished with a lemon parsley cream sauce with jumbo lump crab meat.


Stuffed Chicken

Tender fresh chicken breasts stuffed with lemon garlic spinach, roasted red peppers and goat cheese, served with a pesto cream sauce.


Smokey Honey Barbecue Chicken

Parmesan Crusted Halibut Filets

Fresh cut halibut filets crusted in a parmesan breading and baked, served with a tomato basil relish.


Grilled Salmon with a Blueberry Barbecue Sauce

Fresh center cut fresh salmon filets grilled over an open flame and served with a home made blueberry barbecue sauce.


Cajun Catfish

Fresh catfish filets seasoned in a spicy Cajun seasoning mix and pan seared, serve with a chipotle lime aoli.


Bacon Wrapped Salmon            

$15.00

No need for a sauce with this salmon the bacon constantly bastes the salmon while it is cooking.  Center cut filet of salmon wrapped with hickory smoked bacon and broiled.


Grilled Pork Chops with Apple Cidar Reduction Sauce            

$12.00

Center cut pork chops grilled over an open flam and served with a reduction sauce from apple cider and pan juices.

Delivery fees are based on mileage. Please call for a quote.


Set-up of chafing dishes and other equipment incur additional charges.

 


Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery.


 

Staff Prices 


Coordinator                                         $40.00 per hour


Chef                                                       $35.00 per hour

Bartender                                             $35.00 per hour

Attendant                                              $30.00 per hour

 

All staffing prices are based on a 5 hour minimum including travel time, set up, service and clean up.

 


If you would like to hire a particular staff position for less then the 5 hour minimum time frame please call for additional charges.  Pricing will be based on the service position and requested length of time.
